  • Leader's Guide:  Introduction to Pool Cool, Skin Cancer Facts, Copies of Pool Cool Lessons, Pool Cool Poolside Activities, Brochure Copies, and a Pool Cool  Brochure Order Form
  • Pool Cool Laminated Lessons:  8 laminated (waterproof) Pool Cool lessons, each with corresponding message sheet
  • Decision Maker's Guide:  This booklet assists directors and managers in developing policies and environmental supports to encourage sun protection.
  • Resource Guide:  This booklet contains a list of companies selling sunscreen, sun protective clothing, shade structures, and pool equipment.  It also includes photos and descriptions of Pool Cool incentive items such as T-shirts, hats, etc. as well as environmental supports that you can order for your pool
  • Mini Big Book:  This blue binder contains 8 laminated pages that illustrate the themes for all 8 Pool Cool lessons.  It is a great tool and visual aid that makes learning fun for kids.
  • Pool Cool Disk:  This computer disk contains the Mini Big book illustrations, Sunscreen Tips Poster, Play it Safe in the Sun Poster, Sun Safety Signs, the Pool Cool logo, a copy of the lessons, and instructions on how to make a Jeopardy Game Board if you did not receive one.  You can use the files to make more materials on your own, or you can take the disk to a print shop and/or sign making store to make more posters, signs, mini big books, etc.  
  • Sunscreen:  Most pools will receive an 8oz. pump bottle of Rocky Mountain Sunscreen while supplies last.  All pools (except indoor pools) will receive 1 blue and 1 purple bottle of Copppertone Kids Colorblock for use in the Blue & Purple People Activity.  All pools will receive at least on sample of Sun Smart Maximum Sun Protection for Kids, by NPR Healthcare, along with accompanying brochure.
  • Incentives:  Most pools will also receive the following; Kids Polybags (30), UV Sunspot Stickers-2 boxes, Pool Cool Refillable Sunscreen (5 to 10 bottles per pool depending on availability), and Message Pens-15 per pool.
  • Sunscreen Tips Sign:  This is an 18" x24" sign to be mounted or displayed at the pool facility.
  • Play it Safe in the Sun Poster:  This laminated visual goes hand-in-hand with the "Emporer's Clothes" Activity in the Leader's Guide.  It can also serve as a visual aid to promote discussion during a lesson.  A copy of this item can also be found on the Pool Cool disk.
  • Sun Signs:  These colorful, waterproof aluminum signs that serve as a reminder and promote good sun habits to pool staff and patrons.  There are a total of 3 different sun signs, and they can be tied to the swimming pool fence or displayed in a window.  UV-rated cable ties are included.
  • Jeopardy Board:  This is an 18"x 24" laminated game board for use in the Jeopardy poolside activity.
