Small Craft Safety Program This program was designed to meet the needs of camps and other organizations that conduct small craft activities. The Small Craft Safety Program provides individuals already skilled in one or more of small craft (canoes, kayaks, sailboats, and/or rowboats) with a core lesson of basic water rescue skills and knowledge needed for sell rescue and to assist others.
